(CSI), Raleigh, NC for follow-on proprietary training materials to be used to complete the final phase of CSI developed and instructed team-directed workforce training at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Only CSI is able to provide the needed training materials which were developed by and are proprietary to CSI and which contain information essential to replicate previously presented training, to complete training already begun by CSI and to assure consistency in implementation. This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures. (0093)
