This notification is directed to contractors who currently qualify as Basic Ordering Agreement holders under this Solicitation. Source materials at Bethesda, MD will be available for mandatory inspection from 14-18 April 1997 between the hours of 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM local time and St. Louis, MO source material at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63102-3399.
