Design shall be guided by Program Guide PG-08-15, A/E Submission Instructions, Volume C, Minor Renovation Projects. This project involves complete renovation of the existing Ward, 2-East in Building 1, (approximately 8,000 Sq. Ft.) to meet VA criteria for 6 beds of Intensive Care (ICU), 6 beds of Step Down Care (SDU), and 5 beds of Telemetry Monitoring Care (TU). The project also involves renovation of the existing Intensive Care Unit in Building 34 for support of the Outpatient Surgery Program. Interested firms must submit completed SF-254s and SF-255s no later than COB 4/30/97. Area for consideration is a 550 mile radius from the city limits of Wichita, Kansas. This is not a request for Proposal. SIC for this project is 8712 and award is subject to availability of funds. Estimated construction cost is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. (0093)
