Concerns having the ability for providing a Comprehensive Sanction Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested shall give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Boston, Massachusetts Metropolitan area. Estimated number of mandays are 46,784 (39,474 male and 7,310 female) for the base period, and 24,090 mandays for option year number one, 24,820 mandays for option year number two and 25,550 mandays for option year three. Estimated issue date is on or about April 7, 1997. Estimated closing date is June 6, 1997. Contract base period is two years with three one year options, to renew.
