The contractor will provide support which includes, but are not limited to: (1) design, develop, and disseminate application material (2) process and screen a large number of applications (3) establish a database for awards (4) manage awards to individual recipients (5) oversee service agreements to ensure recipients meet obligations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation document does not exist.
