Fernandez, Contracting Officer, (507) 272-7205 The Panama Canal Commission intends to acquire the services to furnish and deliver the pendant primary superheater tubes, a complete roof tube panel; 32 generator bank fined tubes; six side water wall tubes; upper and lower drum seal plates, scallop bars, sidewall insulation, tile in the generator bank area, and lagging for Boiler No. 3. A complete floor tube panel and hoppers from the mud drum to the front wall; a complete side water wall; one complete roof tube panel; a complete rear wall panel, the rear wall to floor refractory seal material for Boiler No. 4. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide the services of a field supervisor, welders (qualified for high pressure welding) and X-Ray technician to supervise and support during the installation of some of the parts to Boiler No. 3 and 4. Delivery of parts and completion of performance for Boiler No. 3 shall not exceed October 15, 1997 and for Bolier No. 4 shall not exceed December 15, 1997, Miraflores, Republic of Panama.
