Approximate 1,200 square meters addition to the F15E Flight Simulator Facility (Building 4400) to include a simulator bay, computer room, training and administrative areas and necessary supporting utilities, site work and landscaping. 2. Approximate 670 square meters addition to existing Squadron Operations Facility (Building 4423) to include administrative and training areas with supporting utilities, site work and landscaping. 3. Security improvements and miscellaneous renovations to the TSSC (Building 5006) includes IDS System and windows and door changes. Demolition work is involved at all three projects. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available April 23, 1997 (approx.).
