The Combat Readiness Training Center, Alpena, Michigan is soliciting proposals for multiple discipline, multiple year maintenance, repair and minor construction contracts. Multiple awards per construction specialty will be made. Delivery order will be issued to TOC contractors based on the low competitive price, or a combination of price and other factors (best value judgements) in accordance with FAR 16.505. Delivery orders may be issued for a period of five years. Delivery orders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $10 million; and an individual delivery order shall not exceed $1 million. Areas solicited are General, Electrical, Mechanical, and Paving Contractors. Source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.612 shall be utilized for the basic TOC. Significant evaluation criteria for the basic contract in descending order of importance are; (1) Project Management Ability with an emphasis on Key Management Staff, Quality Control Plan, Financial Capability and Technical Support Staff; (2) Company Experience; (3) Location in relation to the Worksite.
