This simplified acquisition will be accomplished by receipt of written quotes. Request for solicitation shall include Quote number, company name, address, telephone and fax number. Only small businesses shall apply. No telephone calls will be accepted. Copies of this solicitation will be provided through April 25, 1997 in response to written requests. Anticipated award date is April 29, 1997 and no further quotes will be accepted after April 28, 1997. Offerors quotes will ONLY be accepted by facsimile. UNICOR intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Supply Type Order for the following requirements: 1) Provide 1 set of drawings for the manufacture of a two cavity mold to produce a drop light handle (trouble light) per UNICOR dwg which will be provided to all interested offers. 2) 1 Mold base D-M-E Corp. #2 steel or equal. 3) 1 Tool consisting of 2 mold base with 2 cores and 4 inserts to accommodate both 16 AWG and 18 AWG wire sizes. Delivery is FOB destination, Drawing are required 30 days after receipt of order and mold, inserts, cores and cavities are required 90 days after of order to FCI Fairton, Fairton, NJ.
