The US Geological Survey (USGS) Menlo Park, California, intends to place on a sole-source basis a Blanket purchase order with Marguerite Gowen of San Francisco, for a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services. The contractor will provide technically qualified labor to supply products and services such as producing digital databases and reformat existing digital maps data. Generating web pages from digital databases, digital and traditional photographs, published papers and reports. Producing ARC/INFO maps, images, graphs and develop user interface in ARC/INFO and ArcView to automated analysis and facilitate access to digital products by the public. This sole-source is based on the contractors intimate knowledge and experience with the Governments Arc/Info and ArcView software and her experience in working with geological/geophysical data sets and USGS side-scan and other datasets.
