Concerns having the ability for providing community residential detention facility(s) for juvenile Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the San Antonio, Texas area. Estimated total number of mandays for the base period are 3,650 and 1,825 mandays for each of the three option years respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is May 5, 1997, estimated closing date is July 3, 1997. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated.
