upgrades to the All Source Analysis System (ASAS) communications
subsystems., dittmeic@doim6.monmouth.army.mil. Specialized upgrades to
the All Source Analysis System (ASAS) communications subsystems. The
upgrades will consist of hardware and software modifications to provide
secure communications for both multi-level record traffic and system
high network connectivity with file transfer. Upgrades and training
will be performed at each deployment site on a non-interference basis
with personnel cleared to the Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive
Compartmentalized Information(SCI) level and are expected to be a
significant schedule driver. The required tasks are: design upgrades
for both shelter and transit cased versions; provide full documentation
of the changes; develop test plans and procedures; upgrade training
personnel; implement the systems integration test program; provide
modification kits for all operational systems; install the hardware at
each site; coordinate with CECOM for software installation; and assist
or supplement TRADOC personnel to conduct operator training. This
notification is for a proposed sole source acquisition with Electronic
Warfare Associates, Herndon, VA, in accordance with 10 U.S.C.
2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1. See Numbered Note 22. The U.S. Army
Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an
Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of
Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from
Government to Industry. All interested parties wishing to do business
with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from
the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an
identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal
equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the
EBB system. A user's identification code and password will be issued
upon request along with instructions for downloading the EBB User's
Manual. All requests must include (1) company name, (2) point(s) of
contact name(s) and title(s), (3) return address(es) and (4) telephone
