The Naval Sea Systems Command intend to award a Purchase Order to JB Systems Corporation, under Purchase Order Number N00024-97-M-6383. The Purchase Order will be to provide system analysis and engineering support for the Program Executive Office for Mine Warfare (PEO(MIW)). Support shall include; review seleted programs and provide recommendations for technical, programmatic and schedule consistency; participate in study/working/ operational groups, integrated product teams and acquisition coordination teams; support long term planning, investment strategies, modeling and simulation approaches and battle management architecture; assist in the development of remote minehunting system conops, and; conduct operational systems performance assessments. The Purchase Order is being issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). JB Systems Corp is the only known source which has the technical qualifications to perform the work described herein, nor will any other services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
