The Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, Rehabilitation Services Administration(RSA), requires the services of a contractor to establish a single centralized management and monitoring mechanism for arranging and overseeing the delivery of technical assistance to State and Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies. The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about April 22, 1997 and closing on or about May 23, 1997. Request for copies of the RFP may be made by telephone, mail, telegram, Internet, or in person.
