proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facilities
to be constructed in the community of Cherry Valley, NY. All sites
within the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered
within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: on
the north by Route 166 to the village limit; south on Route 166 not
more than 1/4 mile from the existing post office; also County Route 154
or Railroad St. within the village. Space requirements are
approximately 3,058 net interior sq. ft; and 22,117 sq. ft. of
driveway, parking and maneuvering are and 44,521 total developable site
(less setbacks). The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with
four five-year renewal options. Proposals will be received through May
9, 1997 and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms
and in accordance with the official advertisement for space. Plans and
specifications may be purchased by sending a non-refundable cashier's
check or money order payable to "U. S. Postal Service" in the amount
