PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- The work includes the construction of one clarifier structure, installing clarifier, sump, and various plumbing, electrical, and concrete work and incidental related work complete and ready for use. Work also includes construction of a canopy roof of approximately 200 square meters, pavement of existing dirt parking lots, construction of concrete berms, and installation of chain link fence. -- The estimated cost is between $200,000 and $450,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 120 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
