Y -- CONSTRUCT MAINTENANCE FACILITY SOL 036&&&-9704-0001 POC Sandy Sanders (912) 767-1868 Contracting Officer Connie Skipper (912)767-1868 (Site Code DAKF10) The Army requires a contract to construct FORSCOM Maintenance Facility, which will consist of a 60x75 foot pre-engineered metal building to be used for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, parts, computers and equipment. The building will contain offices, small equipment maintenance and repair, computer repair, vehicle maintenance bays, and rest rooms. Interior finishes will be vinyl composition tile, painted gypsum wallboard and concrete masonry units, and suspended acoustical tile ceilings. Mechanical systems include heating, ventilation and air conditioning, vehicle exhaust, compressed air, and plumbing. Electrical systems include power, lighting, and phone. Performance shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Applicable SIC is 1599. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non- refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 for solicitation packages. Fee must be submitted with requests for solicitation packages and made out to TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES. The fee must be in the form of a company check, certified check, or money order.
