The work includes: Providing labor, material and equipment to install forty cement-filled, 3" x 6' steel posts, at a depth of 2' to protect monitoring wells, install four posts per well, prime and paint posts, repair and/or install one (1) type II (2) RCRA approved monitoring well, plug and abandon thirteen unused wells and incidental related work as written in specification. The proposed acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. Estimated duration of the contract is 45 calendar days for completion. There will be only two site visits scheduled (one on Wednesday 30 Apr 1997 at 9:00 a.m. and one on Wednesday 07 May 1997 at 1:00 p.m. Meet at Public Works Conference Room, Bldg. 50, Naval Air Station, JRB, New Orleans, Louisiana.
