It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning Upgrade existing irrigation system, Tees and Trees Golf Course, to include the irrigation control to a fully automated system, including computer, encoder output control, an field satellite units, weather station, new wiring encased in conduit with connections, new valve-in-head sprinkler heads on greens and tees, new hose connection plug-in along irrigation main trunk, and reseed/resod affected areas, and incidental related work. The proposed contract includes two (2) option bid items consisting of: Option Item 0001, shall include the replacement of existing lateral isolation valves. Valve replacement includes connection to the items of the basic bid item. Option Item 0002 includes the replacement of existing irrigation pumps with new variable speed irrigation pumping system, replace of existing filtration system, concrete slab for new pumps and filter system; chain-link fence with lockable gate around new pump station and filter pad, and relocation of existing water meter. Work includes connection to the items of basic bid item. Estimated cost for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted. Work to commence fifteen (15) calendar days from Notice of Award and be complete within 230 calendar days of commencement. No deposit required.
