The project involves the renovation of existing bathrooms in 74 housing units of Battle Road Glen Military Family Housing units located at Hanscom AFB, Lincoln, MA. The principal items of work include, but are not limited to: demolition, rough and finish carpentry, cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, doors and hardware, drywall, insulation, caulking, ceramic tile, painting, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and electrical work. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic bid for one year and two option years. The guaranteed minimum award shall be $100,000.00 and the maximum awarded total dollar amoung over the life of the contract shall be $1,500,000.00. The maximum value of any single CLIN will be $15,000.00 and the maximum combination of CLINs awarded on any single delivery order will be $800,000.00.
