The AE services will include but are not limited to various phases of design starting with a site survey and design analysis, follow through with working drawings and construction specifications. A cost estimate will be required for each design review. The AE shall provide construction period services as required, including site inspections, submittal reviews, and update any As-Built drawings. This is a 100% small business set-aside. SIC is 8712.
