CORRECTION: The purpose of this modification is to change the services needed for the Georgia State Homeownership Center, Georgia State Office, from Single Family Endorsement Review Services to Chums Data Input Processing Services. The contractor will be required to perform the input of data for closing packages assigned for single family endorsement processing for mortgage insurance certifications or notices of rejection. The contractor will be required to work with a computer terminal that accesses the CHUMS system at the Georgia State Office during normal HUD business hours with HUD staff present.
