The Human Systems Center Environmental Contracting Division (HSC/PKV), who provides contracting support for the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE), is performing a Market Survey of sources who possess the capability and experience related to environmental services. This survey is to determine the availability of sources who have capability and experience to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support in areas including, by not limited to, Installation Restoration Program (IRP), Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), Environmental Planning, Environmental Quality, Infrastructure and weapons systems, Air Installation Compatible Use Zone (AICUZ), Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EAIP), and occasional Military Family Housing support. Specific performance includes: requirements studies and analyses; groundwater flow modeling; cost, risk and feasibility analyses; technical reports; specialized graphics; facilitating technical workshops and assisting in technical presentations. Assistance in drafting regulations, procedures, manuals, system specifications and standards, training documentation and statements of work may also be required. Firms believing that they are able to provide such services are invited to submit an affirmative response to this sources sought. Firms who respond to this sources sought should be aware that an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Clause will be included in any resulting contract. The OCI Clause will also include a requirement for the successful contractor to enter into company-to-company agreements to protect information from another firm from unauthorized disclosure or use. Firms should state their business size, include literature, brochures and capability summaries of their ability to perform the work stated above.
