SP -- LICENSING OF NASA LEWIS PATENTS LICENSING OF PATENTS The NASA Lewis Research Center will entertain proposals from firms interested in licensing the following NASA Lewis patents: Patent No. 4,917,302 High Temperature Flexible Seal/Date of Patent: April 17, 1990 Patent No. 5,014,917 High Temperature, Flexible, Thermal Barrier Seal/Date of Patent: May 14, 1991 Patent No. 5,082,293 High Temperature, Flexible, Fiber-Preform Seal/Date of Patent: January 21, 1992 The proposal shall be structured so as to include the licensing of all three patents in one proposal and shall state that the license shall remain in existence for the remaining life of the patents. A proposal will not be given consideration if it does not include the licensing of all three patents. The proposal shall be in writing, and shall include, but not be limited to, a detailed description of the applicant s plan for developing or marketing of the invention and a royalty payment proposal. The licensing proposal must be received by the NASA Lewis Research Center by close of business on Thursday, April 24, 1997. NASA Lewis will not entertain any licensing proposals on the above patents after April 24, 1997. The proposals shall be submitted to Steven L. Fedor at the following address: Steven L.
