This work includes provisions of necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision for the preparation of renovating the existing female head rooms 128 and 129 into a large women's locker/shower rooms. Work includes demolition of ceiling and walls at head rooms and janitor room for new layout, remove water closet, relocate floor drains, install new walls and suspended ceiling in shower and toilet room; install shower stalls, wall lockers, wood bench, wall hook strip, new ceramic walls and floors, and painting. Work will include electrical, mechanical, and incidental related work at the Naval Reserve Center, Cleveland, OH. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related Small Business size standard is 17.0 million. Completion time is 90 days after award. Estimated value is under $50,000.00.
