The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a firm fixed-price type contract for preventive maintenance/service and testing for fire prevention systems on a quarterly basis for 12 different service units. The intent of this contract is to perform preventive maintenance and inspection (PMI) to the fire alarm system at the Indian Health Service (IHS) owned and operated hospitals and clinics in North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska. Each component of the total fire alarm system shall be inspected, tested, adjusted and calibrated as needed and required. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be submitted to Donna Mikkelson, Purchasing Agent, citing RFQ-97-041. All responsible sources may submit quotes which will be considered. Quotes will be accepted after publication of this notice through April 14, 1997.
