The Alaska Air National Guard at Kulis ANG Base is soliciting proposals for multiple discipline, multiple-year maintenance, repair and minor construction contracts for work performed at the Air National Guard Bases at Kulis ANG in Anchorage, AK and Eielson AFB near Fairbanks, AK and the Army National Guard in Anchorage, AK. Multiple awards will be made. Companies are not required to submit technical proposals for both locations. Delivery orders will be issued to TOC contractors based on the low competitive price, or a combination of price and other factors (best value judgments) in accordance with FAR 16.505. Delivery Orders may be issued for a total of five multi-year periods. Individual delivery ordes shall be written between $2,500 up to a maximum of $1 million. Source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.612 shall be utilized for the basic TOC. Significant evaluation criteria for the basic contract in descending order of importance are: (1) Project Management Ability with an emphasis on Key Management Staff, Quality Control Plan, Financial Capability and Technical Support Staff; (2) Company Experience; (3) Location in relation to the worksite.
