This is a notice of intent to issue an unrestricted request for quote for VHF Motorola radios, mdl #HT1000. The radios are two way portable 5 watt radios, ynthesized with rechargeable batteries, single unit 16 hour recharger, 16 channels, belt clip and upgraded broad band antenna. The frequencies band shall be 136-174 MHz. The part number is H01KDC9AA3-N with option H150. Also included with these 40 radios will be an extended factory warranty to extend the factory warranty to 36 months by Motorola Service, and also 40 each replacement power cells for the HT1000 radios (nicad batteries), p/n: NTN-7143CR.
