HIERARCHICAL DIGITAL INTERFACES The following notification is being
circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif.97.75 dated 10
March 1997. 1. Member to Agreement notifying: AUSTRALIA. If

Pages, in English). 6. Description of content: This technical standard
relates to customer equipment (CE). It defines the technical
conditions and performance requirements for interfacing and
non-interference interworking that privately owned, installed and
maintained CE will meet for connection to a telecommunications service
having hierarchical digital interfaces at 2048 KBIT/S, 8448 KBIT/S, 34
368 KBIT/S, 139 264 KBIT/S, 1544 KBIT/S, 6312 KBIT/S or 44 736 KBIT/S.
