Description of content: This technical standard relates to customer equipment (CE). It defines the MOBILESATTM terminal compatibility requirements for non-interference interworking, that CE must meet for connection to the MOBILESATTM System, and through it, where appropriate, a carrier's network. It is based upon the MOBILESATTM Air Interface Specification 53-21255-1105 (11) and Australian Standard as 4080 (7). It is not intended to be applicable to other mobile satellite systems. 7.
