Correction: This action was originally publicized in the CBD dated February 24, 1997. The following are hereby incorporated into the existing desciption: Awardees as a result of this solicitation will be solely eligible to compete for or otherwise receive DOE delivery order awards against their contracts for specific projects within the scope of the awards, in the United States and its territories. In addition, all Federal Government agencies will be authorized to issue delivery orders against the awards. The solicitation permits and expects a combination of PV and energy conservation measures (ECM's) for specific projects awarded, and requires that the PV portion of any project constitute at least 33% of the total project value. The following is hereby changed in paragraph 2 of the description: 'June or July' is hereby replaced with 'late summer', and; 'first calendar year quarter' is replaced with 'April'. The first sentence of the third paragraph is hereby changed to read as follows: 'The draft solicitation is available on the Internet, by which it is being issued.'
