SEMINAR-ACQUISITION REFORM ACT: PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE George Mason University's Procurement Technical Assistance Program is hosting a seminar entitled "Acquisition Reform Act: Past, Present and Future". On April 28, 1997 at the Enterprise Center, 4031 University Drive, 2nd Floor-Training Room, Fairfax, Virginia, Time: 6:30-9:30 PM. This is an awareness seminar that will discuss the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (FASA). Topics of discussion will include: FASA changes and new procedures, an overview of certain titles, Simplified Acquisition Threshold, small business and socioeconomic laws, commercial items and FACNET.
