Contractors must have at least five (5) years experience in mechanical contracting. Offerors must submit a minimum of three (3) projects with similar scope and dollar amount completed within the last five (5) years, and five (5) references. This request is mandatory with submission of proposal. Pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, April 24, 1997 at 11:00 AM at the South Branch (PPA/VMF) Office, 560 Huyler Street, Hackensack, NJ.
