The construction of the Work Center will consist of approximately 16,000 square feet of pre-fab metal and concrete block buildings. The buildings will include space for offices, paint and chemical storage and restrooms. The Work Center site work includes furnishing and installing propane gas, potable water, electrical telephones, computer cable, and construction of the asphalt access roads and parking lots with exterior lighting. The construction of the site includes the selective clearing and grubbing of the five to six acre site. A chain link security fence will be constructed around the Work Center site.
