Grimes, Contracting Officer, (520) 228-4180 Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals in connection with the repair of "Allied Support Central LMR", at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. Work shall consist of repairing a painted antenna rack on the roof and all associated electrical work as stated in the statement of work. The performance period is 30 calendar days. The anticipated proposal receipt date is 29 Apr 1997. Work area does contain asbestos containing building materials (ACBM) as inspected by an accredited building inspector. Any ACBM found has been properly identified for abatement or encapsulation employing the latest abatement techniques. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 17 Apr 1997. All interested parties are highly encouraged to attend. The magnitude of this project is below $100,000.
