Work consist of, but not limited to, demolition, earthwork for utilities, gas distribution system, welding pressure piping and cathodic protection system (sacrificial anode). The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1623 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. all responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this Agency.
