Z -- REPAIRS TO GARDNER POOL, BUILDING 2192 SOL DAKF23-97-B-0016 DUE 052297 POC Contract Specialist Debbie Rapp (502) 798-9298 (Site Code DAKF23) Work to be done is replacement of portions of the existing concrete pool bottom, existing concrete pool trench drain, pool water return and pool drain piping, application of a fiberglass/gel coating on bottom of pool, repair to damaged areas in the existing fiberglass/gel coating, repainting of pool bottom stripes and wall targets, excavation, backfill, miscellaneous concrete walk repair and seeding of planted areas. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. This estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1799 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
