This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a Request for Quotation, numbered F62562-97-T2130 which seeks quotations based on the information contained in this synopsis. This synopsis and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-42. It is the Government's intent to purchase 4 set of ISU-90-I-4X, 4 way forkliftable Container (P/N 54116-147) with KIT# 147, Color Forest Green or equal. KIT# 147 should be included 2 each divider (P/N 50002-145), 16 each Shelf Assembly (P/N 50002-134), 1 each DEW-50 dehumidifier (P/N 60198-001), 1 each Haz Mat access (P/N 60105-001). MFR: AAR Cadillac Manufacturing, Cadillac MI. The delivery of supply shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of order by the Contractor. FOB Point is Travis AFB, CA. Responses to this notice will be considered for award to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest overall cost to the government.
