Approximately 20 ton (600 bales) every month. Hay must be free from native or foreign grasses such as Mexia, Sudan, and Johnson. Hay shall contain less than 5% per bale extraneous weed (grass burrs, nettles, etc.). Must contain no trash. 60-75 pound bales. Any resultant contract will be a firm fixed price supply contract. The tentative issue date is 24 April 97 with an anticipated opening date of 27 May 1997. The period of resultant contract will be from 1 August 1997 thru 31 July 1998 with two (2) one year option periods. This requirement is 100% setaside for small business concerns. All interested small business concerns may submit a bid for consideration by this agency.
