Waller, Contracting Officer (202) 307-1418 The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify, on a sole-source basis, Contract No. OJP-94-C-009, entitled Laboratory Analysis of Urine Specimen with the National Center for Forensic Science. This modification will extend contract support for the National Institute of Justice for a six-month period from July 1, 1997 through December 31, 1997. During this period, OJP will issue requests for competitive proposals for a follow-on contract requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
