NASA/GSFC plans to issue a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for Occupational Medicine, Industrial Hygiene, Radiation Protection, Employee Drug Testing, Employee Assistance, Environmental Services and Safety Support. The Government intends to acquire these commercial services using FAR PART 12. The anticipated release date of the final RFP5-51045-119 is on or about May 7, 1997 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about June 7, 1997. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed -- See Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in ASCII or RTF format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to remain on the mailing list for the final solicitation.
