S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A MODIFICATION Notice of intent to issue a modification to Anne Squire under purchase order no. 43ABNF700841 in the amount of $74,750. Anne Squire has completed a conservation strategy for at-risk coastal salmonids under subject purchase order. Ms. Squire has also assisted the National Marine Fisheries Service in its work with the State of Oregon related to coastal salmonid restoration and in its internal assessment of the impact of Oregon's initiative on the listing process and/or on recovery planning. Work to be completed under the proposed modification includes assisting the NMFS develop and implement an agreement with the State of Oregon for the conservation of coho salmon.Work relates to the original work completed and Ms. Squire is the only qualified source who can complete the work within the required time frame. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
