Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, testing equipment and replacement parts to perform the testing, maintenance and repair of the lightning protection systems to provide complete and functional lightning protection and grounding systems in each of the facilities on the Arsenal. A commercial item time and material type of contract is comtemplated. Period of performance will be for one year from date of award and will contain two one-year options, for a total of thirty-six months, contingent on the availability of funds. A site inspection will be scheduled for this requirement, date and time of which to be announced in the Solicitation. This procurement is under a 100 percent small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceeding three fiscal years not in excess of $5.0 million.
