(202) 619-8910 Requirements solicitation for travel management services
for the U. S. Embassies, missions and consulates in Europe and the near
and middle East. Estimated annual air tickets are $15.9M. A portion of
the annual air sales requirements include the management of on-site
facilities in the following locations: Rome, Italy; Warsaw, poland; the
hague, Netherlands; budapest, hungary; madrid, Spain; Athens, Greece,
Amman, Jordan; paris, France; moscow, russia; Brussels, Belgium;
Vienna, Austria; lisbon, portugal; bonn and Frankfurt, Germany.
Off-site requirements will be needed in bern, switzerland; Dublin,
ireland; and Ottawa, toronto, calgary, Vancouver, and quebec, Canada.
Hours of operation must coincide with embassy operations which are
generally 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. In some cases the
site manager will be required to have a pager and be available on a 24
hour basis. All contractorpersonnel must pass a security clearance to
work in the on-site offices. Contractor personnel must be fluent in
English and the language of their country. Contractor will be required
to have an office presence in each of the cities requiring service. In
the CASE of moscow, russia, a clearly established history of service in
that City is required. Scope of the contract covers all embassies and
missions/consulates both in Europe and the near and middle East. This
solicitation will be competed under the full and open competition. The
incumbent contractor is Carlson wagonlit travel. There is "no"
schedule or pricing information as the current and future contracts are
no cost contracts. A bidders mailing list will not be made available
until after award. A request for such information will be responded to
