The work consists of furnishing and installing 100 lineal feet of Cured-In-Place Pipe(CIPP) for lining the existing 54-inch diameter outlet works tunnel. The CIPP shall be designed for potential internal pressures up to 20 psi and have a maximum thickness of 1.25 inches. The estimated price range of the work is $100,001 to $250,000. The work is located at Willow Creek Dam, approximately 6 miles nothwest of Augusta, Montana, in Lewis and Clark County. Solicitation packages will be available approximately May 7, 1997. Bid opening is tentatively scheduled for 10:00 a.m., June 10, 1997, at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Room 2031 Federal Building, Billings, Montana. The contract must be completed within 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation; additional copies will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 for each copy. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed, without charge, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Room 2031 Federal Building, Billings, Montana. All responsible sources amy submit an offer which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation.
