Furnish all labor, supervision supplies, and materials to perform all work required to install Government-furnished pots and pans washer, Insinger Model CA-3 in kitchen area at the Mine Safety and Health Academy, Beckley, WV 25813. All labor and materials shall be furnished by the Contractor. Some remodeling of existing pots and pans area will be necessary. This includes removal of glazed tile walls, ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and some electrical, plumbing and carpenter work. Job also includes installation of plumbing and electrical work for new pots and pans washer; new glazed tile walls, approximately 4 ft.; new nonslip quarry tile that matches other nonslip quarry tile and ceiling 2 ft. x 4 ft. tiles and new light fixtures, 4-2 ft. in size, 2 wall switches and 4 wall receptacles. Ceiling tiles will need new grid system. Both areas approx. 11 ft. x 14 ft. in size. Floor has existing floor drains.
