The work includes but is not limited to the provisions of all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and performance of all work incidental to the demolition of the existing AHU, cooling tower, controls compressor, chiller and associated piping, wires and ductwork within the mechanical room of building 102. Additionally the installation of a new AHU, air cooled cold generator, controls compressor, power wiring, piping and ductwork, which will reconnect to the supply piping and ductwork system feeding building 102. Also, the installation of the DDC type control system. The estimated date for the availablility of plans and specifications is May 1997. The time for completion is 180 calendar days.
