The Contractor shall operate and maintain the store in Guam in support of Naval Activities and visiting afloat commands. The store will be required to maintanin an on-shelf stock of approximately 600 commercially available office type supply items. the contractor will provide all labor, supplies, and transporation necessary to operate the store. The Government will provide facilities, including shelving, andutilities except telephone service fees. Most equipment will also be provided by the government. Prices/discounts offered to the government shall include the contractor's cost to operate the store during normal duty hours. Estimated sales will be between $1.75 to $3.00 millions annually. Customers shall utilize the government credit card (IMPAC/VISA) when making purchases. The period of performance will be date of award through one year thereafter with provisions for three option years. Contractor will be required to purchase the government inventory consisting of approximately $400,000. Additional purchases shall be from commercial sources. A catalog of mandatory items shall be generated and updated on a monthly basis. Minimum information will consist of catalog number, nomenclature, unit of issue and unit price. Additional items stocked could be apart of the catalog but separate from the mandatory item list. Services will also consist of normal retail assistance of bagging purchasese and helping customers. Hours of operation will be from 0900 to 1600 Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
