Includes but not limited to staff consulations, in-service training, office visits by appointment, emergency trips to the center, emergency office visits and a Substance Abuse Program. Project can be located by driving approximately 13 miles west of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on Highway 270W, then turning right on Old Bear Road. The contract time is from July 1, 1997, until June 30, 1998, inclusive of both dates. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. (0099)
