The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure Direct Endorsement Valuation/Mortgage Credit Technical Reviews -- 4,500 cases for the HUD Pennsylvania State Home Ownership Center located in Philadelphia, PA. These services will be required on an as needed basis for one year, with possible extension of two additional one year periods; the SIC code is 7389. Offerors will be required to submit a proposal which includes information about their experience, past performance, and technical capability.
